We provide general home inspections for anyone looking to buy a home. This inspection includes all major systems (Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Foundation) including all cosmetic and mechanical components throughout the home. If we can see it, we will inspect it.

Beyond the general home inspection, we offer digital foundation plotting. This service takes all the guesswork out of how the foundation is currently performing. We digitally plot the foundation taking measurements to the 10th of an inch to provide you with a true unbiased assessment of one of the most important elements of your home.

Infrared imaging can tell the buyer a lot about a house, and makes damage that may not have been noticed otherwise easy to find.We always recommend buyers have an infrared scan of their potential home before so that they can find and fix possible leaks, inadequate insulation or potential electrical hazards.

A WDI inspection includes a visual examination of the interior and exterior of the home to find any signs of existing or previous activity as well as identifying conducive conditions for these troublesome insects. Not only termites, but any and all wood destroying insects.

New homes have phases at which point we provide an inspection to make sure your home is being built to the highest quality. Phase 1: Pre-Pour Inspection takes place before the concrete slab is poured. Phase 2: Pre-Drywall Inspection is completed after the house is framed and before the insulation and walls are put in. Phase 3: Final Inspection takes place once the home is completed, before the final builder walk-through.

A sewer scope inspection uses a video attached to a snake-like cable to examine the home's sewer line. This privately-owned pipeline leads from the house to the publicly owned main sewer line or septic tank. Sewer scope inspection can reveal damage to the pipes, blockages, and other problems.
