    My name is Luis Chavez, Owner and Director of Growth at TOP Inspectors. Before starting TOP Inspectors before starting TOP Inspectors I had the opportunity to help establish and grow two other inspection companies in the San Antonio area. Those experiences gave me a strong understanding of both the inspection industry and the importance of providing clients and real estate professionals with dependable professional service. Today my primary focus is growing TOP Inspectors building lasting relationships within our community and making sure our team continues to provide the level of service our clients have come to expect I believe a great home inspection is about more than identifying deficiency it's about giving people the information and confidence they need to make informed decisions about their home.

    Owner/Operations Manager

    My name is Josette Chavez, I currently serve as Operations Manager of the company. Before starting TOP Inspectors, I managed operations for a respected home inspection company in the San Antonio area, gaining valuable experience in client service scheduling and the day-to-day operations of a growing inspection company. Today I oversee the daily operations of TOP Inspectors and work closely with our clients, agents and inspection team to ensure a smooth and professional experience. My goal is to make the inspection process as simple and stress-free as possible, while providing the dependable service our clients and real estate partners can count on.

    My name is Ray Merring, I serve as the Lead Inspector at TOP Inspectors. I have been a Texas professional inspector for five years and previously owned and operated my own family run inspection company in the San Antonio area. I bring that experience to every inspection with the commitment to being thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. My goal is not only to identify and clearly communicate the condition of the home, but also to educate our client so they can better understand their property and move forward with confidence.
