My name is Luis Chavez, I currently serve as the head inspector of the company. I strive to be trustworthy and professional in every interaction including all of my inspections. I have completed over 1000 inspections since becoming a professional home inspector. I helped establish and grow 2 other inspection companies in San Antonio before starting my own company. I truly believe in the value of inspections and hope to serve people for many years to come.

Owner/Operations Manager
My name is Josette Chavez, I currently serve as Operations Manager of the company. I strive to serve agents and clients with respect and professionalism. I ran operations for a respected inspection company in San Antonio before starting this company. My goal is to help our clients see the value in the services we provide to help them in their dream of owning a home.
